Each piece is under constant surveillance at every stage of the manufacturing process.
When products arrive at our premises, CAQ (Computer Aided Quality) software is used to check and control delivery and to ensure compliance with statistical criteria. Two coordinated Zeiss measuring machines are used to control even the largest, heaviest components for all planetary drives. The measuring precision is in micrometres, and thanks to the machines’ modern software they can measure the geometry of gear teeth on a rotary disc or on a measuring table.
Our laboratories are equipped with machines designed to examine the polishing process and determine micro hardness. There is also a machine used to perform material analysis as well as various other machines for testing hardness, which compare with the standards set by manufacturers such as Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell.
Several tests are carried out during the manufacturing process, according to a test plan for all production machinery, which is combined with statistical process controls. The monitoring process is rounded off with constant density controls and function testing during the assembly of components.
A documented final test of all components to our high standards not only gives us an incredible feeling of achievement, but also sets an exemplary high standard of quality.
